PLANNING

Together-with meetings, calls and material sharing-we will be able to create what now seems only a dream, through:

setting the overall budget, analyzing contracts, monitoring payments, down payments and balances;
searching for the facilities that interpret the best your envisioned ceremony and reception
searching and selecting vendors that are best suited for the occasion
collecting documents
attention to detail and care for your guests with management of accommodations and services, entertainment with tastings, cooking classes and tours to discover the beauty of Italy.

design

Starting with inspirational designs, We will translate what you want to achieve into images and reality, we will be able to arrive at your “wedding design,” made up of fabrics, colors, scents and emotions.

How?

through the presentation of inspiration projects that will lead to the creation of a real collection of images, objects, colors and words (a kind of collage that can recreate an atmosphere, a “visual narrative”) a guideline to follow.
design and artisanal realization of installations
creation of a “creative process” to be shared and declined with each of the suppliers involved

COORDINATION

When everything is decided, it will be nice to put on the show of emotions.

I will be in charge of:

all vendors meeting, creating together the magic that only a close-knit team can accomplish;
planning and implementing the timing, both of the vendors and the guests;
overseeing the set-up and tear-down on the day of the realization.
